How does individual coaching work?
STEP 1
Book a free discovery call to discuss your health goals and challenges, ask any questions about the coaching process, and understand if our partnership will be a good fit. Together, we will discuss the best approach to offer the support you need.
STEP 2
Ahead of our first session you will complete a comprehensive health questionnaire, provide your most recent blood work (if available) and 4-day food diary (2 weekdays and 2 weekend-days) for analysis.
STEP 3
The first session will last 60 minutes via Zoom or an agreed in-person location, deep diving into your symptoms, diet, lifestyle, personal and family medical history, to achieve a full picture of your life to better understand your goals and strategise a plan to achieve them.

STEP 4
You will receive a personalised food and behaviour change plan including evidence-based nutrition advice, practical and sustainable lifestyle changes and tips, beneficial food swaps, recipes, supplement recommendations (if required), grocery and journal templates, and supportive tools and handouts.

STEP 5
We will touch base at agreed upon intervals to celebrate wins, navigate challenges, review progress, and co-create adjustments to ensure goals are achieved. Full access to support will be provided throughout the active coaching period.
