PHASE 3
In the final phase, we focus on maintaining long-term success and building confidence in eating in any situation. Learn how to navigate restaurants and holidays stress-free, integrating these experiences into your daily life with ease. You will complete the program with a transformed relationship with food and confidence in yourself.
